  El fichero esta BYTE A BYTE como lo publica Mozilla. No se le ha tocado
  nada, ni siquiera para meterle la licencia dentro: por eso hace falta este
  documento al lado.

  formato    COLR version 0 + CPAL
             3.689 glifos de color, de 1 a 44 capas (mediana 8)
             1.425 codepoints

  El formato no es un detalle. FreeType compone las capas COLRv0 el solo
  dentro de FT_Render_Glyph y devuelve el emoji ya pintado
  (vendor/freetype-2.13.3/src/base/ftobjs.c:4768-4830), asi que el cliente no
  compone nada. Una fuente de emoji en BITMAP (CBDT o sbix, como el Noto Color
  Emoji clasico) NO valdria aqui: pide FT_CONFIG_OPTION_USE_PNG, comentado en
  ftoption.h:276, y libpng, que no esta en vendor/.

ATRIBUCION -- NO ES OPCIONAL

  El arte de los emojis es de Twemoji (Twitter) y se usa bajo CC-BY 4.0, que
  EXIGE atribuir. La atribucion es esta:

      Emojis: Twemoji, (c) Twitter Inc. y colaboradores, bajo licencia
      CC-BY 4.0 (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/).
      Empaquetados como fuente COLR por Mozilla (twemoji-colr).

  Este fichero viaja dentro del cliente, en la misma carpeta que la fuente, y
  publish_patch.bat espeja fonts/ entera con robocopy /MIR: o sea que llega al
  jugador. Esa es la forma en que se cumple.

POR QUE ESTE FICHERO EXISTE

  La fuente no declara licencia en su tabla `name`: los campos 0, 13 y 14
  estan vacios (medido). tools/comprobar_fuentes.py exige que toda fuente de
  fonts/ tenga licencia que permita redistribuirla, asi que se declara aqui.

  Como lo comprueba, y por que un fichero al lado no puede levantar una
  restriccion escrita dentro de la propia fuente, esta en fonts/LEEME.md --
  no aqui, porque un fichero de licencia tiene que poder leerse como lo que
  es.
